Specialized Eating Disorder Therapy

Eating disorders develop when a person’s relationship with food and their body begins to significantly impact their quality of life. Constantly thinking about food and body image or depriving yourself of nourishment can make it hard to build meaningful relationships and pursue your goals.

Having worked closely with eating disorders for the past three years, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and multi-layered they are. My approach focuses on helping you regulate your emotions, address the underlying emotional wounds that may be showing up through food, and rebuild self-esteem. I also emphasize developing healthy connections in relationships, creating a foundation for lasting healing and balance.

I encourage clients with eating disorders to work with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive support. If this aligns with your goals, I can help connect you with a dietitian and doctor who specialize in eating disorders to support your nutritional and overall health needs.
