Couple's Therapy

My approach to couples therapy is direct and practical, drawing heavily from the Gottman Method, which focuses on strengthening relationships through better communication, deeper intimacy, and effective conflict resolution.

Every couple comes to therapy for different reasons, so we’ll begin by understanding each partners' goals. In my experience, couples see the most progress when they start by practicing non-defensive communication and active listening—skills you’ll work on both in and out of sessions. I also help couples rebuild their connection by prioritizing quality time and fostering emotional intimacy, creating a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
